The breakfast was elegantly presented and so delicious, I enjoyed it despite usually skipping it. The staff went above and beyond in arranging our dinner reservations and assisting with luggage transfer.

Stylish and perfect place with good Wi-Fi and outdoor restaurant. Quiet rooms, thematically designed in the nice style. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and incredible spot very close to the train station, Shinjuku, and Harajuku both. Also, in arguably the best area in Tokyo.

We booked standard queen room and could use wake-up service, available in it. There were an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and air conditioner, which was great...

I had a fantastic stay with my partner! The breakfast was really good, especially the soy yogurt. While the room was a tad small, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

A Cozy Stay with Room for Improvement
The design elements were stylish but did not create a warm atmosphere. Dining options nearby were fantastic! Pro tip, explore local eateries for authentic Tokyo flavors. Staff was generally attentive.

The lobby's constant buzz from multiple weddings makes it hard to relax. At times, it felt more like a crowded public space than a hotel. Entry level rooms are really small, so if you're rolling with a lot of luggage, you'll definitely want to upgrade. Even the dining arrangements left something to be desired-it was quite awkward to eat standing up in such a busy spot. If you're craving a peaceful retreat, this might not be the best pick for you.

This place was just an excellent fit for a quick break in Tokyo with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff at the front desk were super helpful when I needed advice on navigating the city. A tip for future travelers, keep your clothes in your suitcase to save space.

great atmosphere but minor room issues
Enjoyed the relaxed vibe thanks to unique recycled materials and the excellent high ceilings. The use of plants on the balcony added a refreshing natural touch that brightened up the place. The innovative mini bar items provided an exciting twist, moving away from standard offerings. Many hotels should take note! The cute staff really enhanced our experience.
The room had some minor maintenance issues that needed attention.
